up to 40 Mbytes (yes, BYTES) per second, the once mandantory SCSI hard drives are no longer essential.
Seems big...the usual footage calculation is approximately 10 minutes per GIG at a relatively high compression.
or around 3 minutes per GIG at 7 MBs/s. A 30 min project can be around 20 GBs...
