Mitchell Electronics is owned and operated as a sole proprietor,
based in Adelaide, specializing in electronics and computers: repairs,
design, software and networks.
It is an objective to provide clients with superior service through
innovation of design, continuing further education and a vocational
approach to the industry.

It is a policy to maintain an effective and efficient quality system,
planned and developed in conjunction with all management functions,
to cover all activities associated with design, knowledge updates and servicing.

The nature of the work places particular emphasis upon knowledge,
experience, workmanship and capability, all combined with quality
and punctual service.

The Quality Policy Manual outlines the system which assures that the
quality requirements of Mitchell Electronics and its clients are
identified and consistently achieved.

The Manual defines how effective control is established through the
use of written procedures and includes provision for the prompt
detection and resolution of product and system deficiencies.
